Hope Center Tour for George Reed Village Residents

As the Newark Housing Authority continues to make progress with the redevelopment plans for George Reed Village, the residents took a tour of New Castle County’s Hope Center on Monday, December 18, 2023. This tour afforded residents who occupy some of the units at Independence Circle located in Newark, Delaware with an opportunity to tour the Hope Center as a possibility for temporary housing until the new units being built are ready for them to return to.
