Advertisement Request for Qualifications (RFQ) For Co-Developer for George Reed Village

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) located in Newark Delaware is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced development teams for a mixed-use redevelopment plan that includes a new NHA administration building, retail/commercial space, community space and between 56-68 dwelling units. The RFQ is available on Monday, January 6, 2020. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until 3:00 pm EST, on Thursday, February 6, 2020.
