The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) located in Delaware invites proposals from firms or individuals to provide Appraisal Services to determine the estimated market value of NHA’s land and buildings (property), located on 2.43 acres at 313 E. Main Street Newark, DE 19711. The RFP is available on Friday, February 8, 2019. The responses are due on Friday, March 8, 2019.
