Request for Proposals (RFP) 2018-02 For Mixed Finance Housing Development Legal Counsel

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) located in Delaware is seeking proposals from local and national legal firms to serve as Mixed Finance Housing Development Legal Counsel for the redevelopment of its Independence/Delaware Circle Public Housing Complex. The RFP is available on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. The responses are due on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
