Request for Proposals (RFP) 2019-01(B) For Appraisal Services Re-Solicitation Scattered Site Properties

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) located in Delaware invites proposals from firms or individuals to provide Appraisal Services to determine the estimated market value of NHA’s 18 scattered-site residential properties, including the buildings and the land, located at various neighborhoods throughout New Castle County, Newark, DE. The RFP is available on Monday, April 29, 2019. The responses are due on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
